Possible treatment options

Treatment options may include prescription or nonprescription therapies when clinically appropriate. Your provider will determine whether a treatment is safe and appropriate after reviewing your health history and completing a clinical evaluation. Prescriptions are never guaranteed.

Options may include medication guidance when clinically appropriate, alongside lifestyle recommendations.

When laboratory testing or in-person care may be needed

Some concerns may require laboratory testing, imaging, an in-person examination, or referral to a specialist. Your provider will advise you if your situation is not appropriate for virtual care.

New or unmanaged cases generally require laboratory testing and in-person evaluation to guide care.
