Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled through our secure external Carepatron platform. By scheduling an appointment, you accept financial responsibility for services provided by First Priority Clinic, PLLC.

• •Current appointment types, visit lengths, and self-pay prices are shown in the secure Carepatron scheduling system
• •Insurance coverage and patient cost-sharing vary by plan and should be verified before the visit

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a $25 fee.

Patient Financial Responsibility

Patients are responsible for applicable self-pay visit fees, copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and non-covered services. Insurance eligibility or benefit verification does not guarantee payment by an insurance plan.

If an insurance plan denies or does not cover a service, the patient may be responsible for charges permitted under the applicable plan, law, and clinic policy.

Self-Pay and Insurance

A self-pay option is available. First Priority Clinic uses a tiered self-pay pricing structure, and the current prices are listed on the Insurance & Payment page and in the secure Carepatron scheduling system.

Medication, laboratory testing, imaging, pharmacy charges, and other third-party costs are not included in the visit fee unless specifically stated. Treatment and prescribing are based on clinical appropriateness.
